The company will undertake comprehensive cleaning duties, including the regular maintenance of the building’s exterior surfaces, windows, and architectural features.
Shoreline is the stunning development located on Folkestone’s shoreline, which offers luxury modern living with spectacular sea views in the heart of the thriving Kent town. Its unrivalled beachside location means it is open to the elements, making it even more important to keep the exterior maintained so the appearance continues to match its luxury interior.
The client faced issues with algae buildup and accumulated dust and dirt on the white brick facade, which detracted from the building’s appearance and could potentially cause long-term damage. Shoreline contacted Pristine SCS, a Kent Based leading specialist in facade and exterior cleaning. Pristine SCS primarily operate within London, but also extend its services to other regions for larger projects.
Initially Pristine SCS were tasked with a full external clean which was carried out using advanced DOFF steam cleaning machinery, effectively eliminating all unwanted growth and grime from the building and restoring the facade to its original pristine condition. All external windows were meticulously cleaned using traditional hand methods and reach-and-wash poles. For high-level cleaning, cherry pickers to ensure every area was safely maintained. The client was evidentially pleased with results, offering Pristine SCS a monthly maintenance plan to keep up the buildings appearance.
